B. Collateral Management:
|

We mean by collateral Management: Merchandise, goods &
assets, which our client needs to Store it/Surrender the control
over it to a TRUSTEE COMPANY.
Appointing ISS as your TRUSTEE COMPANY means that: ISS is committed
to follow exclusively without any exceptions the instructions & orders
of our client whether to accept or release the goods under our custody,
covered by the Collateral Management Agreement & its Terms &
Conditions.

Banks:
Which means that under a Collateral Management Agreement, ISS
represent the Bank as a TRUSTEE COMPANY & the goods of a potential
client will be stored by the client itself & put under our custody as a
guarantee or a security for a certain loan or credit facilities.
In this
case ISS will follow exclusively the instruction of the bank with regards
to the goods under its custody. This agreement represents a Collateral
Management Agreement between Three Parties (The Bank, The Client & ISS).
In other cases, the failure of the client to repay a loan pushes the bank
to take some necessary actions to reduce the damage effect. One of these
procedures is to take the decision of selling the available goods under
TRUSTEE COMPANY custody & in a different situation might negotiate with
the client to get acceptable collaterals & put it under TRUSTEE COMPANY
custody till disposal. This agreement represents a Collateral Management
Agreement till Disposal, between Two Parties (The Bank & ISS).
Exporters, Importers, Foreign & Local Investors,
Insurance Companies: ISS work as a TRUSTEE COMPANY in favour of its clients
at Free Zone Area or Local Warehouses. According to this agreement, ISS
will only follow the instructions & orders of its clients whether to
accept or release the goods under our custody. This agreement
represent a Collateral Management Agreement, between Two Parties (The
Client & ISS)
Also, ISS is capable of putting its experts & capabilities in its field
to any client would like to organize his warehouse using our ERP Microsoft
Software, through our Tailored Warehouse Management Program.
According to this program our clients can run their own warehouses by their
own staff using ISS support.

C. Supplies & Movable
Assets Management:

We use the same software &
Hardware in running the supplies & movable assets belongs to our client.
We just link our PC or Laptop to the DSL line & we can immediately
access our database & work through a user name & password as we are
using local software with the capabilities & advantaged of an ERP
Solution. The Bank Manager can print while setting at his own desk, or even
while he is out in the go, various types of reports, by accessing our
database through using his authorized username & password.
